Guarantee and servicing
Our products are covered by a 3-year warranty – if the diaper has a hidden defect or is damaged despite proper use – we guarantee repair, replacement or refund, depending on our capabilities. In order for the warranty to be valid proof of product purchase is required.
Velcro in our diapers are covered by a one-year warranty – it means that we guarantee the repair or complete replacement of the Velcro in the diaper for one year from the date of purchase of the diaper. In order for the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase of the product is required.
The warranty does not cover intentional damage, defects caused by improper use and care and defects resulting from normal wear.
Before accepting a package, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, draw up the appropriate protocol with the carrier and then contact us by phone: +48 668766838.
After paying the CoD charge and acknowledging receipt of the package, you can open it in the presence of the courier – if discrepancies are found, a protocol is drawn up which can later be used as a basis for a customer complaint.
If the goods purchased turn out to have manufacturing defects or to differ from their description, please follow the complaint procedure described below:
- Please contact us first!
- Send the defective product to us, enclosing a written declaration, in which you describe in detail the reasons for returning the product, the form of compensation, and the return address and account number for a refund (depending on the decision taken by the store). Download complaint form here.
- Within a few days of receiving the item we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of the result of the complaint procedure.
- If the complaint is accepted, within 14 working days of the date of the decision we will compensate you for the costs you have incurred by repairing the defective product, sending a new replacement, assigning a voucher to purchase Magabi products in our store or refunding your money.
- If the complaint is declined, we will send you detailed reasons for the decision and the possibility of resolving the complaint – a paid repair of the goods or returning the goods.

You also have the option of making a complaint under the warranty within 2 years of purchase and within one year of discovering the defect – in this case, it should be clearly indicated in the complaint form.
Return of products
By law, within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving reasons, thus renouncing the contract of sale, according to the general principles contained in the law on contracts concluded at a distance. This applies only to consumer sales, and hence only to cases where goods are sold to an individual making the purchase not in relation to professional or business activity.
In order to receive a full refund of the costs incurred, the returned product should not bear any signs of use, it should be packed in a way that protects it from damage in transit. If this condition is not met (or if the product is damaged by the carrier), the return will be reduced by the value of the product’s consumption, or in the case of significant wear/damage, the refund will not be accepted and the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense.
According to the provisions of Art. 38 of the Act on consumer rights, custom-made products (covers, soakers, longies and Nishove products made of merino wool) and products in which modifications were made at the customer’s request (i.e. inserting system snaps, sewing the insert, sewing the stay-dry layer) are not subject to return.
If you wish to return a product:

- Attach to the package a written declaration, in which you express your wish to return the product, as well as the account number to which payment is to be refunded. Download refund form here.
- Within 7 working days of receiving your package we will check the state of the returned product (that it does not carry signs of use, has not been damaged, and is in the original packaging with the whole of its contents).
- If we do not notice any contraindications, we will send information to your e-mail address that the return of the product has been approved. A refund will be made to the attached account number or the account number from which the payment was made. In the case of payment by card, the refund will be made to the card.
If your return of the product is rejected (due to significant damage to the product or significant signs of use), we will send you a notification to the e-mail address provided that the return of the product has not been accepted. We will contact you by e-mail to arrange the shipping method and cover its costs.
